LONDON – Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman met in their final faceoff during today’s UFC 286 ceremonial weigh-ins.
Welterweight champion Edwards (20-3 MMA, 12-2 UFC) and former champion, Usman (20-2 MMA, 15-1 UFC) are primed to fight in a rematch on Saturday at The O2 in London. Their clash is the main card of the night and airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPNews and ESPN+.
Edwards was surprise winner against Usman in August 2022 via a fifth-round head kick to capture the diadem. The fight will be their third clash. In their first confrontation, Usman defeated Edwards in 2015 in what was Usman’s first fight after winning “The Ultimate Fighter.”
