Samuel Eto’o, the president of the Cameroon Football  Association, has predicted an all-African team final match in the main event of the world cup final at the 2022 world cup in Qatar.

Eto’o made his prediction in an interview with Talk sports, a British sports radio station, stating boldly that Cameron and Morocco would play in the event’s final encounter.

The former Barcelona FC of Spain forward disclosed that all the five African representatives would qualify from their groups at the end of the first round.

“This is going to be a very good world cup for Africa because Ghana, Senegal, Morocco, and Cameron are going to Qatar to prove bookmarks wrong,” Eto’o said.

Eto’o, who drew the path to the final, told the Talk Sports crew that he expects the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon to beat Belgium in the quarter-final and Africa champions Senegal in the semi-final.

He views Morocco’s path to include victories against Spain in the round of sixteen,  Portugal in the quarter-final, and France in the Semi-final.

Samuel Eto’o is among the most decorated African players after winning the Afcon, UEFA champions league, and African footballer of the year award, among others.
